If I Could Talk to the Animals

Counrty living brings country critters for sure. It seems that lately when we look out the window in the morning we see animals that don't normally belong in the front yard. A cow, some horses, and last night three deer. In fact Laurel was in the basement yesterday afternoon, noticed a shadow and was wondering who would be doing bunny years, she turned around and low and behold it was a dear with his nose practically pressed up against the window.

Chuck Wagon races are held in town every year, we find them so entertaining. These grown men, sometimes women, riding these miniature wagons being pulled by miniature horses around a track. A family friend, Emily Brown from Agoura CA, was visiting us(Clark)a couple of weeks ago and found it amusing also. But not as amusing as the picture she took of the woman beside us with a knarly nasty mullet! Should I not have said that! At least I didn't take a picture of her on the sly. Emily is so funny! Hi Emily!!!!

Cool lee lee to have random animals show up out of the blue! That must have been really something for Laurel to see that deer like that!

I want to see Emily's picture of the mullet! And as far as unscheduled animals in our yard? We get excited when we see a bunny or squirrel. I'd die and go to heaven if a deer wandered near my window!
